Our Video Editors are crazy talented and take pride in their work. Paired with your Project Manager they'll receive your video's details and that's where the magic happens. You'll have a video to finalize or review within 24-72 hours!
Unlimited First Edits
Your video can be from your smartphone or a camera. We take out any mistakes, "um's", and anything you want cut out. We clean up your video to get it ready for callouts, and/or resizing. We can even split a longer video into smaller videos.
Unlimited Revisions
We'll work your video until it's exactly how you want it! After each step, your Project Manager will let you know when the video is ready for review. You can finalize the video, submit more edits, or move on to the Animated Text Callouts Step and/or Resizing Step.
Unlimited Animated Text Callouts
Select from 5 Basic Plan Templates, or 20 Premium Plan Templates that can be customized with your brand's colors and fonts. Tell us your callouts and your Video Editor will animate them for you making your video stand out from the rest.
Unlimited Video Resizing
Need your video for different social media platforms, like YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Stories, Instagram Post, Twitter, or Linkedin? Whatever size you need your video in, we'll resize it for you! Frequently Asked Questions
We specialize in Info Product, Sales, Ads, and Social Media Videos [YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.] If your video falls into those categories, we can edit it! You can send us footage that was taken with your phone, camera or computer.
Some of our limitations:
-The finalized/edited video can't be longer than 60 minutes.
Most videos will take 1-3 business days turnaround time.
For all our membership plans Unlimited means, unlimited edits and revisions.
Premium Membership: You can submit an Unlimited amount of editing orders. There can be an unlimited amount of videos being worked on at a time. From experience, we suggest doing it in batches of no more than 5 videos. This gives you ample time to review and approve each video as they are edited.
Basic Membership: You can submit Unlimited amount of editing orders but only 1 video is worked on at a time. What that means is that we'll only move on to your next video order once the current video we're working on is finalized and approved.
You will need to sign in to your account. In your membership portal you'll see the option to submit a video for editing. You'll answer a few questions about what you need done with your video. Once you submit your order, we will provide you with a file request link where you can upload your video.
Throughout the editing process, your Video Troop Project Manager will be emailing you a Video Review link. In your review link, you can comment and make note of any changes you'd like us to make. Then, we get back to doing what we do best!
